Wolfgang Hugemann.
The history of Colliseum began as a kind of annotated index of contents of the trade journal Verkehrsunfall und Fahrzeugtechnik [road traffic accident and vehicle technology], which is getting published for about 40 years now. By the time Colliseum was started at 2005 all articles from 1964 - 2004 were already collected as drafts in the wiki. By now (the end of 2009) collecting knowledge in the directory was proceeded continuously, plus summaries and thousands of references were applied. And furthermore many other sources of information like an index of all database of crash test results are added.
